Recruited volunteers, scheduled and held orientation classes, placed volunteers in the appropriate volunteer positions,
made sure each volunteer was properly trained for their position, did all the scheduling of the volunteers for the receiving
center, adoption center and the thrift stores. Doubled the number of volunteers and started the Sebastian Thrift shop to house
additional volunteers.
Coordinated fundraisers from inception to event - arranged for event venues, caterers, the printing and mailing
of invitations and press releases, matched staff and volunteers to event responsibilities, solicited sponsors, prizes and
synchronized all activities the day of the event. Participated in public speaking events for various groups on the Humane
Society services and volunteer opportunities.
Was very active in the community events with volunteers to keep the Humane Society at the top of people’s
awareness. Created and ensured that all informational handouts were keep up to date, printed and available for the offices

Sold and leased various new and used vehicles. Sold cars different than most by attending chamber events, women’s
events, community events with a vehicle from the dealership. Always pre arranged a parking spot near entrance of each event
and had dealership signs on the vehicle along with balloons to get people’s attention.
At each event a door prize from the dealer was given away. Represented the dealership at various chamber, community,
networking events and auto shows. Completed paperwork and contracts for every sale. Insured that the newly purchased vehicle
was detailed and demonstrated all features to the new owner. Made follow up calls and completed satisfaction surveys. Consistently made 16 to 18 vehicle sales per month.
